Our dynamic and climatic test services are designed to help our customers resolve any end product quality issues. We can provide extremely accurate environmental test simulations that precisely mimic the operational life of a product in the field, and can be used to guarantee specified operating limits.
Our Test and Calibration Centre tests components and assemblies for initial approval and ongoing maintenance programs according to appropriate climatic and environmental test standards such as BS EN 60068 (formerly BS2011), IEC68, IEC 60512, Mil-STD-202, Mil-STD-883, Mil-STD-810, Mil-STD-750 and EIA-364 for connectors. Its extensive facilities and our extensive experience also add up to a very useful service for pre-production and prototype testing. For customers experiencing problems in specialist areas, we can help design tests tailored to meet individual requirements. These can include, for example, transport simulation testing to ensure that a customer's shipped product will reach its destination safely in its designated packaging.
